- Recognizes patients and families, providing safe, compassionate, and coordinated care respecting personal preferences, priorities, needs, and cultural beliefs.

- Actively participates in hospital and practice‑setting based committees, including safety and quality improvement.

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- BSN or completion of BSN or appropriate advanced degree within 3 years of hire strongly preferred.
- Previous experience as an RN in an acute care setting strongly preferred.
- Current RN licensure in state of practice required.
- BLS required based on organizational guidelines/policies.
