• Providing post‑acute LPN nursing care to residents with varying medical needs
• Tracking the vital signs, physical condition, and mental acuity of residents
• Completing intakes of residents, including the documentation of medical histories and health concerns
• Assisting with medications, including proper administration, verification, and monitoring
