• Work in post‑acute facilities in the area as an LPN
• Adhere to resident care plans and follow all protocols
• Track the wellbeing of residents, both physical and mental, and monitor their vital signs
• Conduct resident intakes, document health concerns and medical history
• Administer and verify medications, monitoring their effects
• Review residents’ charts and medical records
• Assist with the cultivation of a safe, comfortable facility
• Maintain appropriate stocks of medical supplies
• Participate in IV set‑up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
• Help with the orientation and training of medical staff

• Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as an LPN
• Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Minimum of 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a related role
