• Provide excellent nursing care to post-acute residents.
• Assist residents with basic activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, personal hygiene, and grooming.
• Maintain clean, sanitary, and hazard-free environment to protect resident health and safety.

• Document and report resident vital signs and update the nursing team on physical and mental conditions.
