Job Responsibilities

• Providing post-acute LPN nursing care to residents with varying medical needs.
• Tracking the vital signs, physical condition, and mental acuity of residents.
• Completing intakes of residents, including the documentation of medical histories and health concerns.
• Assisting with medications, including proper administration, verification, and monitoring.
• Keeping track of the medical records and charts of residents.
• Helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and pleasant environment for residents.
• Ensuring proper storage and inventory of medical supplies.
• Setting up and assisting with immunizations, IVs, and phlebotomy procedures.
• Being accountable to follow and adhere to care plans for residents and all applicable policies and regulations.
• Supporting the training and orientation of new clinicians.

• Current Ohio state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program.
• Graduation from high school (or GED/equivalent).
• At least 6 months experience working as an LPN (or similar role).
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

• LPN hourly pay: $44 to $47.
