Maintenance Associate

Methuen Village’s caring and compassionate maintenance team members provide a clean and safe environment for our senior residents.

Methuen Village is located at 4 Gleason St, Methuen, MA.

Full Time:
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Rates start at $19 per hour.

• Handle service maintenance calls from residents promptly.
• Assist with general daily housekeeping and heavy‑duty cleaning to keep the community consistently clean.
• Perform ongoing and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Assist with apartment turnover, moving furniture in and out of apartments.
• Handle snow removal and salting of walkways, sidewalks, entryways, and clearing residents "vehicles" during snowstorms.

• Physical: standing, lifting up to 30 pounds, bending.
• Communication: ability to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
• Reliability: punctual and dependable – residents rely on you for daily support.
