Angel Medical Center is an 80+ bed community hospital located in Franklin, North Carolina.

The Progressive Care unit is a 30‑bed unit caring for a large spectrum of patients, including step‑down, med‑surg, and swing patients. Patients are predominantly long‑term and chronically ill. Building relationships with patients and families is a key aspect of the unit.

Registered Nurse – Acute Care (Progressive Care unit, Angel Medical Center)

• Provide leadership that facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for patient comfort and well‑being.
• Utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and families.
• Implement medically prescribed interventions.

• Preferred Experience: One year hospital nursing experience.

  Education:
  
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program with completion of a BSN within 5 years of hire date. RNs with 10 years or more of experience are exempt.
• Required License/
  
  Certifications:
  
  Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply; confirm with NCBON. BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
