• Work in post‑acute facilities as an LPN
• Track the wellbeing of patients, monitoring vital signs
• Conduct intakes, document health concerns and medical history of residents
• Administer and verify medications, monitoring their effects
• Review residents’ charts and medical records
• Assist with cultivating a safe, comfortable facility
• Maintain appropriate stocks of medical supplies
• Participate in IV set‑up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
• Help orient and train medical staff

• Current Ohio state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Completion of an approved LPN educational program
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience (LPN or related role)
