Growing Community Health Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join a mission-driven Primary Care team in the Greater Boston, Massachusetts area!

- Provide comprehensive primary care services including physical exams, preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, nutrition, wellness, and available community resources
- Practice across clinic locations in Attleboro, Hull, Quincy, and/or Taunton, with occasional evening, weekend, or holiday coverage as needed
- Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Master's degree and active Massachusetts licensure required
- Ability to manage diverse patient populations across the lifespan
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Practice in the Greater Boston region with access to vibrant coastal and suburban communities
