Position: Nursing Jobs in Dover, NH

Job Responsibilities
  • Work in post‑acute facilities in the area as an LPN
  • Follow and adhere to resident care plans
  • Track the wellbeing of residents, both physical and mental, and monitor their vital signs
  • Conduct intakes, document health concerns and medical history of residents
  • Administer and properly verify medications and monitor their effects
  • Review residents' charts and medical records
  • Assist with the cultivation of a safe, comfortable facility
  • Maintain appropriate stocks of medical supplies
  • Participate in IV set‑up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
  • Help with the orientation and training of medical staff
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current New Hampshire state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
  • High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of experience (LPN or similar role)
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
