Shift Time: 7am – 7:40pm / 7pm- 7:40am (12‑Hour Shifts)
Schedule Options: Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem

The Hamptons Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are committed to clinical excellence and compassionate resident care. Key Responsibilities- Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
- Perform physical assessments and monitor for changes in resident conditions.
- Document clinical data thoroughly in electronic medical records (EMR).
- Supervise and support CNAs to ensure a high standard of daily living assistance.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and sterile environment following all infection control protocols.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New York State.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to handle a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must meet health requirements, including TB test and physical.
- A compassionate approach to geriatric and rehabilitative care.
