Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Quincy, Massachusetts

Thriveworks is currently seeking licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to join our team in Quincy, Massachusetts. This is a fee-for-service (W2) position with a salary range of $74,000–$106,000 per year based on 15–20 clinical hours per week.

Qualifications
  • Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – board certification required
  • Master’s in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state
  • Understanding of AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of psychiatry practice; 3+ years of experience is a plus
  • Must be licensed and living in the state where the position is located
  • Completion of in‑house training and certification exam on ADHD treatment standards; no client or prescription quotas
Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations for clients via in‑person and telemedicine services
  • Treat clients 14 years of age and older
  • Prescribe medication to reduce mental‑health symptoms, as needed
  • Create and collaborate with clients on individualized care plans
  • Complete and administer appropriate paperwork and assessment tools
  • Adhere to Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines
  • Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on client care, programs, and services
