Advisa Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to provide private duty in‑home care to clients in the Potterville, MI area.
If you believe each patient is unique and strive to offer personalized care that honors their preferences, choices, abilities, and specific needs, you are the one we’re looking for.
Shift: 9AM – 11AM or weekend assistance.
Qualifications- Current Michigan Nursing License (LPN or RN)
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Provide one‑on‑one nursing care in clients’ homes
- Create and implement individualized care plans
- Coordinate with care team and communicate client progress
- Encourage client independence and quality of life
