Position: Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

Earn up to $36 per hour as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) in Bennington, VT and surrounding areas. This W2 position offers flexible scheduling and a focus on work–life balance.

Job Responsibilities
  • Implement best practice nursing care in post‑acute residents in nearby areas
  • Monitor the conditions of residents and provide updates to the nursing team
  • Measure and document basic vital signs of residents
  • Assist residents with grooming, feeding, toileting, and other basic activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Promote a clean and safe environment by ensuring best practices in hygiene and clearing hazards
  • Transport residents around the facility and assist them with movements as needed during the day
  • Interact with residents daily to keep them engaged, provide comfort, and build trusting relationships
  • Follow and adhere to care plans for residents and all applicable rules, regulations, and policies
  • Bridge communications between staff, residents, and family members
Qualifications
  • Current Vermont Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification
  • Understanding of general nursing care procedures and terminology
  • Ability to communicate with medical professionals, patients/residents, and their family members
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Capability to lift at least 50 lbs
