6AM City, LLC is seeking a Home Care Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing services to individuals and families in the home and in the community. This role reports to the Nursing Supervisor, Home care, in conjunction with the patient’s primary nurse.
The position requires a MA practical nurse license, BLS certification, and strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills. Home care experience and knowledge of community health nursing are preferred.
