Currently seeking Evening (3pm-11pm) Nurse Supervisor!

• Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN State License and current CPR certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• One year of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting
• Must have experience in supervision, principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred
• Bilingual proficiency preferred but not required, to meet the needs of a diverse workforce and patient population

• Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
• Supervise and mentor nurses and CNAs to foster growth and learning in the clinical team
• Manage staffing changes
• Support family inquiries and screen visitors
• Coordinate patient/resident referrals with central admissions
• Ensure high quality resident/patient care
• Provide support to ancillary staff as needed
