Beth Israel Lahey Health at Home is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Hospital at Home program in Charlestown, MA. This on-site, field-based role covers a 25-mile radius and provides inpatient-level care in patients' homes under the Hospital at Home model.
You will work within a rotating schedule and report to the Director of Nursing. Ideal candidates hold an active Massachusetts RN license, nursing diploma or ASN, and a BSN is preferred.
