• Providing post‑acute LPN nursing care to residents with varying medical needs
• Tracking vital signs, physical condition, and mental acuity of residents
• Completing intakes of residents, including documentation of medical histories and health concerns
• Assisting with medications, including proper administration, verification, and monitoring
• Keeping track of the medical records and charts of residents
• Maintaining a safe, comfortable, and pleasant environment for residents
• Ensuring proper storage and inventory of medical supplies
• Setting up and assisting with immunizations, IVs, and phlebotomy procedures
• Adhering to care plans, policies, and regulations
• Supporting the training and orientation of new clinicians

• Current Ohio state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
• High school graduation (or GED/equivalent)
• At least 6 months experience working as an LPN (or similar role)
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
