Hancock Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, located close to the Quincy Center train station, is currently seekinga Nurse Unit Manager on our short-term (sub-acute) unit. • Current Massachusetts RN/LPN License
• Experience as a Nurse Supervisor or Unit Manager in skilled nursing, required
• Experience with electronic medical record, PCC preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid leadership abilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Mentor RN/LPN Staff Nurses
• Provide guidance to our Nursing Assistants
• Monitor training for new orients
• Ensure continual delivery of high-quality nursing care
• Implement infection control updates
• Greet new admissions and participate in discharge planning
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
• Direct workflow efficiently within time constraints
• Contribute to QAPI analysis and initiatives
