Job Summary
The Manager, Clinical Services is responsible for directing and managing the day-to-day clinical operations of the Business Development team in conjunction with the Director of Business Development. This role ensures the coordination of home health, hospice, and infusion services for hospitalized patients, clinic/outpatient, or patients in alternative settings, and guarantees delivery of quality patient care in compliance with clinical, administrative policies and procedures as well as regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications
- Education:
BSN is required; MSN preferred. - Licensure &
Certifications:
Current RN licensure in the state of NC or a compact license from a participating state; BLS (may be renewed during orientation); valid NC driver’s license. - Professional
Work Experience:
5 years of clinical practice with at least 2 years in a supervisory role; experience in home‑based care environments or care coordination. - Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations, including JCAHO.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
