We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to support a high-profile Local Public Health Data Solution implementation built on the Salesforce platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a mission-driven initiative that supports public health services while collaborating with a talented Agile team.
The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on experience testing Salesforce applications, APIs, and integrated data systems. This role is critical to ensuring system functionality, data integrity, security, and overall product quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Test Planning & Execution- Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Review user stories and acceptance criteria to develop comprehensive test scenarios.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Validate positive, negative, end‑to‑end, and cross‑functional business scenarios.
- Test Salesforce configurations, workflows, permissions, profiles, and customizations.
- Validate integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Test backend services and APIs using REST and SOAP protocols.
- Verify role‑based security and privacy controls.
- Validate data integrity across multiple integrated systems.
- Test data conversions, migrations, and third‑party integrations.
- Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and edge cases.
- Analyze test results and collaborate with developers to resolve issues quickly.
- Track and manage defects using Jira.
- Maintain testing documentation using Confluence and test management tools.
- Log and manage test execution results using Zephyr and/or QMetry.
- Provide actionable feedback to improve application quality, usability, and reliability.
- Participate in Agile and SAFe ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support User Acceptance Testing efforts with business stakeholders.
- Partner closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and QA leadership.
- 3–5+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Hands‑on experience testing Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum and/or SAFe methodologies.
- Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Experience performing:

- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Data Validation Testing
- Experience testing RESTful and/or SOAP APIs.
- Strong experience validating data across integrated systems.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
- Experience working on Public Health, Healthcare, or Government technology projects.
- Salesforce Associate or Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- SAFe Practitioner or related Agile certification.
- Experience testing Snowflake or other data warehouse integrations.
- Experience using Zephyr and/or QMetry for test management.
- Exposure to test automation frameworks and Continuous Delivery environments.
- Familiarity with Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD).
