Hours
Training: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (2-4 weeks)
Post-training:
Start as early as 6:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
Process returned medical devices daily
Determine product disposition per inspection plans/procedures
Serve as subject matter expert for returns/complaints
Train new employees on returns/complaints processes
Troubleshoot and elevate issues during processing
Communicate with internal/external multi-functional groups
Investigate and disposition non-standard returns
Resolve bio hazard return issues with representatives
Complete nonconforming reports, scrap forms, or plant returns
Perform SAP, WM, and GCMS-TW transactions
Conduct sterility, incoming, in-process, returns, and complaints inspections
Complete inspection data forms and non-conforming reports
Interface with site reps on non-conforming issues
