A next-gen CDMO client is looking for an experienced CMM Programmer to support the inspection of complex medical device components in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
You’ll play a key role in developing and optimizing CMM inspection programs, ensuring measurement accuracy, and supporting quality and manufacturing teams as they bring advanced products into production.
What You’ll Do- Develop and program CMM inspection routines for complex, tight-tolerance components.
- Validate and optimize CMM programs to ensure accurate and repeatable measurements.
- Collaborate with Quality Engineers to analyze measurement data and resolve inspection issues.
- Support fixture design, inspection setup, and measurement system validation activities.
- Troubleshoot measurement discrepancies and drive continuous improvement of inspection methods.
- 2+ years of hands-on CMM programming experience.
- Experience programming with Calypso or Hexagon software.
- Strong understanding of GD&T and dimensional inspection principles.
- Experience inspecting complex geometries and tight-tolerance components.
- Medical device or other regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience supporting additive manufacturing is a plus.
