We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Expeditor to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant kitchen. This role is essential to maintaining smooth communication between the kitchen and front-of-house while ensuring food quality, accuracy, and timing meet our standards.

• Coordinate and prioritize orders to ensure timely and accurate food execution
• Act as the main point of communication between the kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency before dishes leave the kitchen
• Maintain awareness of ticket times and adjust pacing as needed during peak service
• Support the kitchen team to ensure efficient service flow

• Prior experience as a kitchen expeditor or in a similar high-volume kitchen role required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient in a busy service environment
• Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail

• Full-time or part-time availability
• $20 per hour
