SummaryWe are seeking a passionate Barista to join our team at Gong Cha. In this role, you will create exceptional beverage experiences for our customers while upholding our commitment to quality and service excellence. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation as a leader in the beverage industry.
Responsibilities- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages according to Gong Cha standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations during food handling.
- Previous experience in a café or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a POS system effectively.
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Excellent time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
