Granite Links Golf Club is a high-volume banquet and events venue specializing in weddings, corporate events, and private functions. We pride ourselves on exceptional food quality, presentation, and guest experience.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Banquet Chef to lead food preparation and execution for large-scale events. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong leadership skills, and is passionate about delivering consistent high-quality cuisine.

• Oversee preparation and execution of banquet menus
• Manage kitchen staff during events and prep shifts
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Maintain food safety and sanitation compliance
• Coordinate with event managers to ensure seamless service

• Minimum 3 years of culinary experience (banquet or high-volume experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Culinary degree (preferred but not required)
