BNED -  -  - Responsibilities:
Spend the majority of time on the sales floor mentoring and modeling exceptional customer service.;
Ensure the store has the right course materials in the right quantities at the right time.;
Use department-specific technology to answer questions and locate course materials based on course descriptions or customer needs.;
Maintain knowledge of all departments in the store to provide daily support, direction, and guidance to customers and team members.;
Assist with processing sales transactions and resolve customer issues, escalating to manager, when necessary.
