OverviewUnder the direction of a Senior Product Development Manager, you will develop and execute a line based on design intent and merchant assortment plans, meeting department targets for margin, quality, and lead time while ultimately resulting in viable production‑ready product.
Responsibilities- Communicate with overseas offices and vendors daily throughout the development process.
- Work with cross‑functional teams (design, merchandising, sourcing, tech design, product integrity, and color) to facilitate development.
- Communicate all styling changes internally and to overseas vendors.
- Manage and track all samples to meet deadlines; review products with cross‑functional teams to ensure all details are correct.
- Create and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date seasonal assortment line sheets.
- Complete style setup and maintenance in product lifecycle management software throughout development.
- Prepare for milestone meetings and presentations by managing costing, materials, and samples; provide input to attain margin goals while maintaining product aesthetic.
- Participate in fittings and product meetings.
- Coordinate and lead the weekly Line‑In Process meeting with cross‑functional teams.
- Partner with Merchandising to establish retail price points and be financially accountable for meeting target markup goals.
- Manage the fabric/yarn hand‑feel approval process.
- Perform administrative responsibilities such as sending and receiving packages, filing swatches, steaming samples, etc.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Self‑starter.
- Experience with knit fabrics and prints.
- Understanding of garment construction, product costing, and retail math (e.g., IMU, MMU).
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Apparel/Fashion Merchandising.
- 3+ years of industry‑related experience.

Salary Range: USD $70,000.00/Yr. – USD $80,000.00/Yr.
