Position: Seasonal Retail Sales Associate (Part-Time)
Position Overview:

This position is seasonal, with an end date of 12/31/2024.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed sales goals

Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.)Manage customer needs and exceed expectations by utilizing the UNIQLO service standard, following the UNIQLO Fundamental Principles and saying the 6 standard  knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist when needed

Act as cashier when required by following cashier protocol

Process shipment and ensure all merchandise is represented on the floor in full size run Assist management to identify and resolve issues in the store

Provide product and brand knowledge to customers

Follow all company policy and procedures & notify management of any infractions

Assist with special projects as assigned by management

Requirements :

High School Diploma or GEDAbility to effectively communicate and follow instructions

Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including evenings and weekends

Ability to stand for long periods of time, read computer terminals, push, pull or move objects of at least 25 pounds

Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom including: repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing

Part time/Seasonal requirements:

Minimum of 12 hours per week Availability on weekends , with religious exemptions considered

Availability on Black Friday and during the holiday period (12/19-12/31 - we are closed on Christmas Day)
