Retail QA Tester

We are seeking a detail-oriented Retail QA Tester to support testing activities within a retail technology environment. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with retail POS and supply chain systems, particularly Oracle-based applications and Xstore, which is used in the retail lab environment. This role involves validating system functionality, identifying defects, and ensuring high-quality releases across integrated retail platforms.

• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing of retail applications and POS systems.
• Execute test cases in a retail lab environment using Xstore.
• Validate business workflows across retail operations including sales, inventory, and transactions.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution using standard QA tools.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Support end‑to‑end testing of Oracle-based retail systems and integrations.
• Participate in test planning, execution, and reporting activities.
• Ensure software quality standards are met before production releases.

• Experience in Retail QA testing or similar functional testing roles.
• Hands‑on experience working with Xstore in a retail lab or POS testing environment.
• Strong experience with Oracle-based retail applications or Oracle systems.
• Good understanding of retail business processes (POS, inventory, pricing, promotions, etc.).
• Experience in creating and executing test cases and test scenarios.
• Strong defect management and reporting skills.

• Experience with Manhattan Associates systems (e.g., WMS or related supply chain solutions).
• Familiarity with retail supply chain or omnichannel retail environments.
• Experience with test management tools (JIRA, HP ALM, or similar).
• Exposure to automation testing in retail systems (optional).
