The TJ Maxx team in Quincy, MA is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to deter theft, support store teams, and protect the brand. You’ll wear a Body Worn Camera and help maintain a safe shopping environment for customers and associates.
We value strong communication, initiative, and the ability to work independently. Prior retail or security experience (0–2 years) is preferred. Starting pay ranges from $16.25 to $18.60 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.
