Our Baskin-Robbins location in Norfolk, MA is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Part-Time Cake Decorator to join our team. You'll be responsible for decorating ice cream cakes to order, ensuring every cake meets our quality and presentation standards while providing a fun, memorable experience for our guests.

• Decorate ice cream cakes according to customer orders and Baskin-Robbins standards

• Prepare custom cake designs for special orders (birthdays, holidays, celebrations)

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary cake decorating station

• Manage cake inventory and communicate supply needs to management

• Assist with taking and confirming custom cake orders

• Ensure cakes are completed accurately and on time for pickup

• Follow all food safety and handling guidelines

• Support general store operations and customer service as needed

• Previous cake decorating or bakery experience preferred, but not required - training provided

• Steady hands and an eye for detail and design

• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints, especially during peak seasons (holidays, summer)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

• Must be able to work in a freezer/cold environment for short periods

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

• Starting pay: $18.00/hour
