qualified homeowners
from company-provided leads - Take Proper Measurements, Pictures, Fill Out Forms To Have A Smooth Handoff To The Install Teams
- Using Software To Do a Load Calculation To Ensure Proper System Sizing
- Weekly Coaching Sessions
- Weekly Sales Meetings For Training, Results, And Support
- Follow & Improve On A Tried & True Sales Process Designed To Help You Win
- Present Custom system options and financing solutions
- Get Referrals From Previous Customers
- Do Walkthroughs With Installers on Complex Jobs
- Ensure A Seamless Process & Experience For The Customer
- Follow Up With Customers
- Close deals

- Proven sales experience (HVAC, plumbing, solar, roofing, or home improvement a plus)
- Confidence, energy, and professionalism in every customer interaction
