Business Development ManagerWe’re now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
What you’ll be doing :- Develop and deliver a sales strategy that drives revenue and profitability across your region.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, building strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, projects, and competitor activity to maintain full area knowledge.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and excellent customer service.
- Review postcode and customer allocation annually to optimise team coverage.
- Align with technical and pricing teams to maximise customer value and market potential.
- Proven track record in sales ideally within the sector.
- Strong industry knowledge and established network.
- Natural leader and coach who brings out the best in people.
- Excellent analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver solutions and build loyalty.
