Job Summary

Sales Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the wholesale food sales team. This role involves managing a team of sales representatives, ensuring sales targets are met, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. The supervisor is responsible for training and mentoring the sales team, monitoring sales performance, and providing detailed sales reports to upper management.

Must be fluent in reading and writing Chinese.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the activities and performance of sales team
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
  • Use sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  • Control Sales revenue and expense
  • Monitor sales goals and unpaid invoices
  • Facilitate training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Work with warehouse and trucking team to help manage and effectively support customers
  • Place orders for existing customers
Qualifications
  • Fluent in Chinese speaking and writing
  • basic computer skills
  • 3 years plus experiences in a sales supervisory role in the food industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
