Position SummaryThe Charge Media Growth Partner is an independent business development partner responsible for introducing qualified businesses to Charge Media.
Growth Partners leverage their professional network, build new relationships, conduct discovery conversations, and connect businesses with Charge Media's marketing services.
Once a client signs, Charge Media assumes responsibility for strategy, onboarding, fulfillment, project management, reporting, and ongoing client success.
Growth Partners are rewarded through recurring revenue sharing, creating long-term earning potential while allowing them to focus on relationship building rather than service delivery.
Responsibilities- Generate qualified business opportunities through networking, referrals, outbound outreach, and relationship building.
- Identify organizations that would benefit from Charge Media's services.
- Conduct introductory conversations with prospective clients.
- Schedule strategy meetings with Charge Media leadership.
- Assist during proposal and closing conversations when appropriate.
- Maintain positive relationships with referred clients throughout the engagement.
- Help identify opportunities for contract renewals and additional services.
Growth Partners are never responsible for:
- Creative production
- Content creation
- Reporting and analytics
- Client onboarding
- Billing and invoicing
- Project management
We're looking for professionals who already have strong business relationships, including:
- Account Executives
- Marketing professionals
- Business consultants
- Agency professionals
- Referral partners
Previous agency sales experience is helpful but not required.
Compensation Initial Retainer AgreementsGrowth Partners receive:
- 20% of all recurring revenue collected during the client's initial 9-month agreement.
Client signs a $3,000/month agreement.
Growth Partner earns:
- $600/month
- Total potential earnings: $5,400 during the initial agreement.
If the client renews their agreement, the Growth Partner receives:
- 10% of recurring revenue during each renewal term.
Growth Partners receive:
- 10% of collected project revenue.
Growth Partners who materially assist in closing additional services receive:
- 5% of collected recurring or project revenue generated from that opportunity.
