Management Trainee - Quincy​/Weymouth area

We are hiring immediately for our Management Training Program. The candidate will learn our business from day one and be based at a local branch in the Dorchester, MA area.

As a management trainee (MT), you’ll start learning our business from day one, serving as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential for building your own business.

We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and you’ll learn what it means to always put our customers first. Our culture encourages friendly competition, critical to growing our business and your success.

• Competitive Compensation — This position offers targeted 1st year annual compensation of $56,000 with an average 45‑hour work week.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience within the last 5 years in any of the following:
  • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
  • Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
• Must currently have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on record (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
