CSSR

Craft Massachusetts, a leading specialty beer and beverage distributor in Woburn, MA, is seeking a CSSR to support our wholesale customers and sales team. In this role, you'll manage orders, answer account questions, and resolve issues while showcasing our portfolio of craft beer, cider, and specialty beverages. You'll coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and support sales reporting and brand initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for wholesale customers, processing and managing orders accurately and on time
• Support sales representatives with account needs, product information, pricing, and order changes
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Craft Massachusetts' portfolio of craft beer, cider, and specialty beverages
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally, coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams
• Monitor inventory availability and communicate substitutions or delays to retailers and internal teams
• Assist with sales reporting, data entry, and documentation in company systems
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to support brand initiatives and product launches
• Provide exceptional service that strengthens long-term relationships with retailers and suppliers
