The Cosmetics Beauty Advisor provides personalized service and product expertise in cosmetics and women's fragrances. The role focuses on building customer relationships, driving sales in store and online, and creating an engaging shopping experience.
Responsibilities- Build and cultivate customer relationships by creating a seamless and welcoming in-store experience.
- Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology effectively.
- Participate in merchandising and operational activities.
- Provide makeup application lessons, skincare consultations, treatments, and trend advice.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous selling experience required, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfort with prolonged standing and walking, use of computers and registers, and lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
