Security Officer Reception Operations

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk by greeting visitors, confirming appointments, and directing guests to appropriate offices within a financial-services location;
Monitor access to the facility by checking visitor identification, maintaining visitor logs, issuing temporary credentials, and following site-specific access-control procedures;
Answer and route incoming calls, receive deliveries, and communicate professionally with employees, visitors, vendors, and emergency personnel;
Respond to security-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific policies and emergency response procedures;
Maintain accurate records and promptly report unusual activity, access concerns, and other security-related matters to appropriate personnel
