Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in an industrial plant. This hands-on role supports safe and efficient plant operations while troubleshooting and maintaining process and control systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical distribution systems and equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and document work in systems
- Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, DCS systems, and process equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs
- Oversee outside electrical contractors as needed
- Support plant operations including boilers, turbines, and wastewater systems
- MA Journeyman Electrical License
- 2+ years industrial/commercial electrical experience
- Ability to read blueprints and use hand/power tools
- Experience with PLCs, Honeywell Experion, and DCS preferred
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces and at heights
