You will be responsible for properly cleaning, correcting, and protecting boats using professional techniques and equipment.

This is a fast-paced, physical job that requires consistency, focus, and a strong work ethic. We are not looking for average — we are looking for reliable, detail-driven people who want to improve and grow.

What You’ll Do
  • Wash, clean, and detail boat interiors and exteriors to a professional standard
  • Buff, polish, and restore gelcoat using proper machine techniques
  • Wet sand oxidation, scratches, and surface defects when needed
  • Clean glass, isinglass, compartments, bilges, and hardware
  • Assist with ceramic coating prep and application

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently within a team
  • Good communication and a positive attitude
  • Physically capable (lifting 50 lbs, bending, standing for long periods)
  • Willingness to learn and take feedback
  • Detailing experience is helpful but not required — work ethic matters more.

  • Takes ownership of their work
