Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) – PreK FMLA Coverage

We are seeking a full‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide FMLA coverage at a specialized learning center in Quincy, MA. This is a short‑term opportunity for the fall of the 2026–2027 school year, supporting preschool‑aged students in both integrated and specialized educational settings.

7:35 AM – 1:50 PM - Hours:
32.5 hours per week - Employment Type:
Full‑time, Temporary FMLA Coverage - Work Setting:
Onsite - Office Space:
Provided
- Provide speech and language services to PreK students
- Support both integrated and substantially separate special education classrooms
- Deliver direct therapy services and support IEP goals
- Complete evaluations, documentation, and progress reporting
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members - Support students with a variety of communication and developmental needs
- Experience working with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) systems
- Strong behavior management and classroom collaboration skills
- Experience supporting students in specialized early childhood settings
- Massachusetts Speech‑Language Pathology licensure requirements
- DESE licensure preferred, but not required
$50.00 – $60.00 per hour (based on experience)
