Community Training Specialist (CTS-Direct Care)

Positions: Full time and Part time (Day, Evening, and Overnight)

Salary: $22.00/hr

We are seeking full time and part time Community Training Specialists (CTS) who will support individuals in their own home by promoting independence and enhancing quality of life.

• Assist clients with completing hygiene, developing independence, and building self-worth
• Prepare and implement program goals, service plans, and treatment plans
• Develop positive relationships with clients, families, guardians, and service providers
• Assist clients to obtain appropriate health care services and promote healthy lifestyle choices
