Our Youth Advocates play a vital role in guiding youth toward stability, confidence, and success—while gaining meaningful experience in human services. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to work with youth, a commitment to youth empowerment and advocacy, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What you will be doing to make a difference:- Driving is required
- Spending time with and supervising 9 youth in a small home-like environment
- Providing support and encouragement to youth
- Ensuring the overall safety of youth in the program
- Assist youth with their service goals including homework help, coping skills and behavior management
- Acting as a positive role model to support youths’ wellbeing
Full Time, 40 hours per week. Sun/Mon/Tue 3 pm
-11 pm, Wed, 10a-6pm, and Sat or Sun 7am

- Valid MA driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Experience working with youth
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Child Development, or Teaching - Residential Experience
