Nonprofit – Social Services | WORK INC., one of New England’s most progressive providers of services to adults with disabilities is seeking applications for Direct Care positions in one of our residential programs serving individuals who are deaf and hard of hearing. We welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds and life experience.
- Assisting clients with completing their hygiene, developing independence, responsibility, and self-worth
- Preparing and implementing program goals, individuals’ service plans, treatment plans, etc.
- Developing positive relationships with individuals, families, guardians and service providers
- Assisting clients to obtain appropriate healthcare services and promoting healthy lifestyle choices
- Fluent in American Sign Language (ASL)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- High School diploma
Hourly rate: $19–20/hr.
