Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – PreK FMLA Coverage

We are seeking a full-time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide FMLA coverage at a specialized learning center in Quincy, MA. This short‑term opportunity will span the fall of the 2026–2027 school year and will support preschool‑aged students in both integrated and specialized educational settings.

    November 25, 2026
  • Schedule:

    7:35 AM – 1:50 PM
  • Hours:

    32.5 hours per week
  • Employment Type:

    Full‑time, Temporary FMLA Coverage

Caseload & Responsibilities
  • Provide speech and language services to PreK students.
  • Support both integrated and substantially separate special education classrooms.
  • Deliver direct therapy services and support IEP goals.
  • Complete evaluations, documentation, and progress reporting.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
  • Support students with a variety of communication and developmental needs.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) systems.
  • Strong behavior management and classroom collaboration skills.
  • Experience supporting students in specialized early childhood settings.
Required Qualifications
  • Massachusetts Speech‑Language Pathology licensure required.
  • DESE licensure preferred, but not required.
Compensation

$50.00 – $60.00 per hour (based on experience)
