Community Training Specialist (CTS‑Direct Care) – Quincy, MA
Full‑ and part‑time positions (day, evening, overnight). Salary: $22.00 per hour.
Minimum Requirements- Fluent in American Sign Language (ASL)
- Minimum age 18 years
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- High school diploma
- Assist clients with hygiene and develop independence, responsibility and self‑worth
- Prepare and implement program goals, individual service plans, and treatment plans
- Develop positive relationships with individuals, families, guardians, and service providers
- Assist clients in obtaining appropriate healthcare services and promote healthy lifestyle choices
