Job Description Compensation and Benefits

- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Foster growth and well‑being through positive interactions.
- Maintain professionalism while building supportive relationships.
- Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere through upkeep and cleanliness.
- Document care attentively and confidentially.
- Intervene with compassion in crisis situations.
- Experience with youth is required.
- Must be able to perform physical aspects of the job, including active client engagement and physical management interventions.
- A valid MA driver's license is required.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Employees will be required to intervene to de‑escalate and/or provide safety and, if essential, provide physical management of clients using methods and techniques approved by Seven Hills Foundation and appropriate to the setting.
