Bay State Community Services is hiring a Youth Support Worker to guide and support young people in our after school program. You will build relationships, provide mentorship, and help youth develop resilience and social-emotional skills in a safe, inclusive environment.
Applicants should be passionate about youth development, with strong communication skills, trauma-informed care knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with staff and community partners. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
